Delgado for New York is required to file regular reports with the Federal Election Commission that publicly disclose the name, address, occupation and employer of persons who contribute over $200 during an election cycle, along with the amount and date of the contribution. State and local election laws may also require us to disclose this information at a lower itemization threshold, depending on the committee’s activity. This information is made publicly available by the government agencies with whom the committee files its reports.
When you provide your email address to us, we use it to send you information about our campaign. Subscribers to our email list may terminate their subscriptions via a link at the bottom of each email sent from the Site.
